Why We Exist
The roofing industry has a problem — and most homeowners have felt it.
Too many roofing companies are built around one thing: replacing roofs after storms. They mobilize after severe weather, focus heavily on insurance claims, and treat repairs and maintenance as an afterthought. When the storm rush is over, they move on.
That leaves homeowners with too few good options when they need something other than a full replacement. A slow leak. An aging section of shingles. A gutter pulling away from the fascia. A second opinion on whether that salesperson’s quote was really necessary.
The industry’s answer to those problems has too often been: pressure, scare tactics, and a sales pitch for a new roof.
Our goal is not to sell every homeowner a new roof. Our goal is to help every homeowner make the right decision.

Meet Jimmy Hiller Jr.
Jimmy Hiller Jr. has spent nearly his entire life in the home service industry. For more than 15 years, he helped build his family’s plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company — Hiller LLC — into a trusted regional service provider known for professionalism, training, and dependable customer care.
He knows what a well-run home services company looks like. He knows the difference between contractors who show up and contractors who follow through. And when he purchased Mr. GoodRoof in June 2024, he saw a clear opportunity: bring those standards to an industry that badly needed them.
