Gutter Cleaning—
with More Included
You should know what you are getting before you schedule. Our gutter tune-up combines debris removal with inspection and minor sealing to address routine maintenance and identify problems that need a closer look.
Professional gutter cleaning
We remove accumulated leaves, sticks, pine needles, and other debris from the gutter channel.
Minor leak sealing
We check for leaks and perform qualifying minor sealing at areas such as seams and end caps.
Full gutter-system inspection
We look for visible gutter and drainage concerns and explain anything that needs attention beyond the tune-up.
Cleaning is not the same as major repair. Re-leveling, slope correction, replacement materials, and work beyond the tune-up scope require a separate estimate.

What are linear feet?
Linear feet measure the length of your gutters—not the square footage inside your home. Two homes with similar floor plans can have different amounts of guttering.
You do not need to get on a ladder to request service. Let us do that for you.
Request Gutter CleaningComparing gutter-cleaning estimates? Look beyond the starting price. Ask how much gutter length is included, what inspection or sealing work comes with the cleaning, and what would require a separate estimate.

A Closer Look at Cleaned Gutters
Gutters are easy to overlook from the ground. These views show the gutter channel up close after cleaning, including an exposed outlet and the space between gutter supports.
Removing debris and inspecting the system are two different parts of the appointment. A clearer gutter channel helps us see what is there; the inspection helps identify whether anything needs attention beyond cleaning.

What Can Build Up
Inside Your Gutters?
It is not always a layer of fall leaves. The photos below show several different conditions: pine needles, cones, packed leaves, plant growth, and water sitting alongside debris.
Pine needles and cones
Small needles and larger cones can collect along a gutter run. Even a home without a heavy fall leaf drop can have debris to remove.
Debris around corners
Corners and gutter connections deserve a closer look when debris accumulates. Tell us if you regularly notice a problem in the same area.
Packed leaves and plant growth
A gutter does not need to be overflowing over the edge to contain substantial buildup. Leaves and plants inside the channel are a reason to schedule attention.
Leaves and standing water
Water sitting beside debris is worth checking. The photo shows the condition, but an inspection is needed to determine the cause and the appropriate service.

Cleaning is one part of the answer.
Overflowing Gutters?
Start by Finding the Cause.
Cleaning can help when accumulated debris is blocking drainage. But a clogged downspout, improper gutter slope, or a damaged section may need a different solution.
If water keeps spilling over the same spot, a gutter sags, or standing water remains after cleaning, let our team know. The goal is to understand the cause—not assume that another cleanout will fix it.
Mr. GoodRoof provides gutter cleaning, repair, and replacement services. We will explain whether your gutters need routine maintenance or work beyond the tune-up.

Gutter Cleaning Questions—Answered
Pricing, timing, clogged downspouts, and what the tune-up does—and does not—include.
Have a question about your home?
(615) 824-8100How much does gutter cleaning cost in Nashville?
Mr. GoodRoof’s gutter cleaning and tune-up start at $199 for up to 150 linear feet of gutters. Additional gutter length is $49 per additional 100 linear feet. Work outside the tune-up scope is quoted separately. Contact our team to confirm the total for your home.
What is included in the $199 Gutter Tune-Up?
The offer includes gutter debris removal, minor qualifying leak sealing, a full gutter-system inspection, and a 40-point roof inspection. Re-leveling, slope correction, replacement materials, and repairs beyond the tune-up scope require a separate estimate.
What if I have more than 150 linear feet of gutters?
The first 150 linear feet are included in the $199 price. Additional gutter length is $49 per additional 100 linear feet. Your gutter length—not your home’s interior square footage—determines the footage charge. Our team can confirm pricing for your property.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Spring and fall are useful maintenance checkpoints. Homes with frequent debris buildup may need attention more often. The right schedule depends on what collects around your home and how your gutters are draining, rather than one rule for every property.
When should I schedule gutter cleaning in Middle Tennessee?
Schedule service as debris builds up rather than waiting for a particular month. Spring and fall are good times to check the system. If gutters are already overflowing or visibly packed with debris, have them assessed instead of waiting for the next seasonal cleaning.
Will gutter cleaning stop overflowing gutters?
It can when debris is blocking the flow. Overflow can also involve a clogged downspout, improper slope, or another gutter-system issue. Cleaning addresses debris; it does not correct every drainage problem. An inspection helps identify what else may need attention.
What if my downspout is clogged?
Tell us where water is backing up when you request service. Removing debris from the gutter channel and repairing a downspout are not automatically the same job. Our team can assess the concern and explain whether separate downspout work is needed.
Does the tune-up include gutter re-leveling or slope correction?
No. Re-leveling, slope correction, and pitch adjustments are not included in the $199 tune-up. If the inspection identifies that type of problem, Mr. GoodRoof can provide a separate repair recommendation and estimate.
Do gutters with gutter guards still need maintenance?
Yes. Gutter guards can reduce debris buildup, but they do not eliminate every maintenance need. Let us know you have guards when requesting service so we can discuss the existing system and the appropriate scope of work.
Will gutter cleaning make the gutters look brand new?
The purpose of this service is to remove debris and assess the gutter system. Existing discoloration or weathering may remain. Exterior gutter brightening, pressure washing, and window cleaning are not part of the $199 offer.
Do clogged gutters mean I need new gutters?
Not necessarily. A structurally sound system may only need cleaning or a targeted repair. The inspection helps distinguish a maintenance issue from damaged sections or a larger drainage problem. We will explain the options rather than assume replacement is needed.
Can I request roof cleaning and gutter cleaning together?
Yes. Tell us about both concerns when you contact our team. Roof cleaning and the GoodShield roof-restoration system are separate from the $199 gutter offer.
GoodShield combines roof evaluation, professional softwashing, and a rejuvenation treatment for qualifying asphalt-shingle roofs. Roof services are evaluated and quoted separately.
Do you offer gutter cleaning in Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville, or Murfreesboro?
Yes. Mr. GoodRoof serves those communities as well as Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas. Send us your service address to confirm availability and discuss the next step.
How do I request a gutter-cleaning appointment?
Complete the request form or call our team. Share your contact information, service address, and any overflowing areas, existing gutter guards, or access concerns. Our team will follow up about service and scheduling. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
