Roofing Adviser

Job Summary:

Mr. GoodRoof is looking for a sales rep that can interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They’re responsible for identifying a customer’s needs, presenting relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Self-motivated person with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners in a professional manner
• Inspect roof and property to determine the scope of work needed and/or replacement.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required.
• Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job.
• Collect payment for services completed.
• Develop referrals and generate positive reviews. Highly organized, self-motivated and able to contribute to a team environment.
• Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans.
• Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance.
• Maintain a clear, neat and professional workspace.
• Ability to perform a well-defined sales process.
• Comfortable working on roots and ladders.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years’ related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
