*Our No Leak Guarantee is available for roofs that meet our certification standards after completing the Roof Tune-Up. To qualify, a thorough inspection will determine the condition of your roof.
Important Notes:
- If repairs are necessary to meet our certification standards, these must be completed before the guarantee can be offered.
- Repair costs are not included in the tune-up price and will be quoted separately.
- In some cases, due to the age or existing condition of the roof, we may not be able to provide the guarantee.
- The No Leak Guarantee is valid for one year and applies only to roofs certified by our team after completing the tune-up.

40 Point Inspection & Preventative Maintenance Service
The following inspections &/or services will be performed as part of the 40 Point Inspection & Preventative Maintenance Service*:
Shingles
- Inspected for proper installation
- Inspected for integrity/age-appropriate wear
- Inspected for wind damage
- Inspected for hail damage
Pipe Boots
- Inspected for proper installation
- Inspected for proper operation (are seals rotted?)
- Replace, if necessary (up to 3 included, $45 each beyond 3)
- If not replaced, cap & seal
- Seal exposed nails
Flashing
- Inspected for proper installation
- Inspected for proper operation
- Resecure if necessary
- Reseal to be water tight
- If suggested, replacement of flashing is an additional charge
Overhang
- Inspected for proper installation (1.5” to 2”)
- Inspected for proper operation, integrity/stiffness of shingle
- If suggested, replacement of drip edge is an additional charge
Valleys
- Inspected for proper overlap & installation
- Inspected for proper operation
Chimney Cap
- Inspected for proper installation

Static Vents
